Track

• Control Box: UL Certified, incredibly user-friendly, wash-down rated & offers a backlit display with live fault diagnostics, speed adjustments, soft start/stop, time-delay closing, partial openings, etc. with placement options for convenient access that doesn't require a ladder.

• Motors: UL Certified & wash-down rated, unmatched speeds in the industry and don’t require a safety release to open and close the door.

• Steel-Reinforced Belt: as durable as a chain, offers a silent operation, doesn’t require a safety release or monthly grease maintenance and is more hygienic than a greased chain

• Hood: Light-weight Sleek aluminum hood protects track for long term performance

• Options: Available as manual or electric, single or three-phase, &/or 120V, 208V, 230V, 240V, 460V.

Panel

• Panel: FRP panel perimeter with 24GA skins & a void-free non-CFC polyurethane foam

• Rollers: Side-mounted U-shaped rollers glide effortlessly on the rounded track.

• Guide Placement: guides are positioned underneath the door, safeguarding them from forklift impact and tripping hazards.

• Options: Available as 4” or 6” thick for cooler or freezer applications

Casings

• Gasketing: Dart compression gasket has welded corners and requires no tools to install when mounting to the face casing.

• Options: HDPE Face casing, mirror casing & thru wall casings available.
